Since 1947, B.G. Peck has specialized in custom parts,
metal stamping and tool making for an array of different industries.
Simple or complicated, one item or one million, our ICM System keeps
us on track with Continuous Improvement to meet your needs. We fabricate
diaphragms, gaskets, washers, seals, pressure plates, insulators,
valve discs and much more, out of virtually any material.
All of our production processes feature fast turnaround
of quotes, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery lead times.
All processes are backed up by 3-dimensional CAD/CAM EDM, jig grinding,
CNC machining, and a full tool room. Our 15,000 square feet of warehouse
space allows us to keep various materials on-hand for fast turnaround.
We offer CAD design and engineering services to aid you with prototype
development and test runs. We accept both printed and electronic part
files. Our Design/NC softwares include AutoCad, CadKey, Cimex, Post
Processing, Esprit, and NCPolaris.
Metal Stamping We
produce parts with tolerances as tight as ±.001” using modern presses
(up to eighty tons). We also deliver secondary operations, such as
tumbling, heat treating, plating, and coating to your specs.
Non Metal Die Cutting
We have skilled die makers to produce steel rule dies, milled dies
and combo dies. We have single stroke presses, automatic presses (up
to forty tons), and automatic traveling head presses (up to thirty
five tons), providing cut tolerances as close as ±.005". We also provide
material slitting and kisscut stamping.
In-house production of Tools
and Dies We provide total in-house capabilities for die design,
tool manufacture, and sampling to production and die maintenance.
We create precision stamping and forming dies to meet your requirements.
Our skilled diemakers have over thirty years experience.
Precision CNC Machining
Tools and dies are our specialties. We machine all types of metals,
including stainless, tool steel and titanium. We run plastic materials,
such as polyurethane and polytetrafluoro-ethylene. We can machine
and grind to tolerances of ±.0005”.
Wire and Conventional EDM
We have over twenty years experience producing prototypes, tooling
and dies, and production parts in our EDM department, which includes
Charmilles wire cutting, hole-popping, and conventional ram machining.
We offer fast turnaround on RFQs with single source capabilities from

Water Jet High Pressure Cutting
Our state-of-the-art water jet technology can cut complex shapes and
difficult materials with tolerances to ±.005”.
Laser Cutting We produce
precision laser cut parts for the tooling, medical, and craft industries.
We cut plastics, rubber, wood, acrylic, fabrics, and composite materials.
